So very beautiful. Unfortunately these don't like our wet winters but I've had limited success keeping them in pots and dragging them under the eaves where they stay dry once it gets cold.
They die back to the ground, but do really well here overall. I love their showy blooms, especially when it starts to get hot and other plants stop blooming.

ReplyDeleteGorgeous! So striking with those dark leaves! I have a red one, but it might be a little bit still before it blooms.
ReplyDeleteIt really is a great combination. If we had more space we would probably add more to garden, but sadly we don't have unlimited space.
